Headquartered in Santiago, Chile, our network brings together lawyers specialising in intellectual property, litigation, technology and regulatory compliance, with extensive experience advising software developers, technology manufacturers and rights holders across the region.
Between 2023 and 2026 we have closed close to 800 out-of-court regularisation agreements.
Our team coordinates integrated legal strategies to identify, investigate and pursue infringements involving the misuse of software and other digital assets, combining local legal knowledge with a regional perspective.
We always act on behalf of rights holders, expressly identifying our client in every communication and under the legislation applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.
